Our food-processing facility measures over 2500 m² and is equipped with the most modern equipment available. We have E.E.C approval and are in the process of seeking HACCP and ISO 22000 certification.

BOURGOGNE ESCARGOTS realizes €3,7 million of sales per annum. Our workforce consists of 35 professionals and we process over 20 million escargots annually.
